Five Common Mistakes

5.  Putting the Catering Hall in Charge of Everything  Catering halls want to book as much business as they can and will offer everything from food and beverage to the cake and photography and video.  Understand the photographer and videographer they hire is usually the cheapest one they can find.  Really will they show you pictures of their current photographer.  If the photos are important to you, consider carefully your photographer.
